Wenn Du Dich mit CMS auskennst und in einem agilen und digitalen Umfeld arbeiten möchtest, haben wir eine spannende Position für Dich: Wir suchen Dich ab sofort als Product Operations Manager Content (m/w/d) für unsere crossfunktionalen Teams in einem unserer Büros in Konstanz oder München oder komplett aus dem Homeoffice. Du bist Teil der Pharma - Projektorganisation und als Experte für unser Content-Management-System für die Darstellungsqualität unserer Inhalte verantwortlich.
    Deine Schwerpunkte dabei sind:
    Du sorgst für ein gutes Content-Erlebnis für unsere Ärzte, indem Du proaktiv Ideen einbringst und zielgruppenspezifische Ansprachen errichtest .
    Du bist verantwortlich für die Veröffentlichung und Pflege unserer medizinischen Inhalte über unser Content-Management-System
    Nach der Veröffentlichung analysierst Du die Performance der Strukturelemente sowie die Struktur unserer Inhalte und leitest wichtige Learnings für unsere Pharma-Kundenprojekte ab
    Du wirst zur Expert:in für den gesamten Prozess des Content-Managements und entwickelst und aktualisierst dafür Standards und Prozesse
    Du analysierst die Einhaltung der Standards anhand von KPIs und entwickelst bei Bedarf Verbesserungsvorschläge
    Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit Kolleg:innen zusammen
    Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von projektspezifischen Berichten und teaminternen KPIs
    Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit 1-2 Jahren Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
    Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen (z.B. Drupal)
    Affinität zu Zahlen, Online-Marketing & Tools ist ein Muss
    Eine proaktive, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
    Erste Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement oder in der Projektorganisation sind von Vorteil
    Du hastLust im agilen Umfeld und incross-funktionalenTeams zu arbeiten und es macht dir Spaß, unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zu managen und mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten
    Außerdem bringst du ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnissemit
