    Hilf uns die Zukunft positiv zu gestalten Hierfür suchen wir einen (Junior) Asset Operations Manager (m/w/d) innerhalb des Asset Management an den Standorten Frankfurt am Main oder Augsburg.

    Asset Operations ist eine der operativen Säulen des Asset Managements und verantwortlich für das Asset-Performance-Controlling, Daten- und Prozessmanagement sowie Partner Management. In dieser Position bist Du in die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette der Verwaltung unserer europaweiten Immobilienportfolios eingebunden.

    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Bereitstellung wichtiger Finanz- und Performancedaten für unser Asset- und Fondsmanagement (bspw. CAPEX, KPI, Dashboards, ESG)
    • Unterstützung unseres Asset Managements beim Asset- und Portfolio-Performance-Management
    • Begleitung des Budgetierungsprozesses
    • Entwicklung, Harmonisierung und Überwachung der Daten- und Dokumentenbereitstellung durch automatisierte qualitative und quantitative Kontrollen
    • Überwachung der Dienstleistungen unserer Property Manager und anderer Partner/Dienstleister
    • Steuerung des On- und Offboarding neuer Immobilien sowie Property Manager in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem regionalen Asset Management und zentralen Fachbereichen
    • Mitarbeit an abteilungs- und länderübergreifenden Projekten

    Was Du mitbringst:

    • Du hast einen Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
    • Du konntest bereits bis zu 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld einer Immobiliengesellschaft oder einer der vier großen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften sammeln und kannst Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern (z. B. Property Managern) vorweisen.
    • Du analysierst gerne (Finanz-)Daten und hast Spaß an der Entwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Controlling-Instrumente und immobilienbezogener Kennzahlen
    • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und suchst dabei pro-aktiv nach Lösungen
    • Dich zeichnet eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus und du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch
    • Du bist vertraut mit den MS-Office Anwendungen und den gängigen IT-Tools in der Immobilienbranche
