    Зараз ми розширюємося і шукаємо у команду Junior Operation Manager, який буде багато комунікувати з внутрішніми замовниками та працювати з фінансовою документацією і договорами. Якщо маєш відповідний досвід — скоріше надсилай своє резюме

    Твої скіли:
    1. Досвід роботи бухгалтером або фінансистом від 1 року.
    2. Англійська В1 для роботи з іноземними договорами та листами на повернення (усі англійською).
    3. Розуміння первинного документообігу.
    4. Досвід роботи з договорами та розрахунками.
    5. Вміння працювати з формулами Google Spreadsheet.
    6. Вміння рахувати та аналізувати інформацію.
    7. Супер-навичка - докопуватись до суті і знайти загублені 3 копійки в документації :)
    8. Уважність до деталей, самоорганізованість, вміння планувати та бажання все організувати.
    9. Гарні комунікативні навички та емпатія
    ~ Юридична або бухгалтерсько-облікова освіта.

    Команда чекає від тебе: 1. Контролювати:
    повернення документів від клієнтів;
    ведення реєстру договорів, перепідписання договорів з клієнтами;
    взаєморозрахунки з клієнтами — вчасне виставлення рахунків та їх оплати, вчасне виставлення актів виконаних робіт та їх підписання;
    наявність оплат та заборгованості клієнтів.
    2. Багато комунікувати з внутрішніми клієнтами з питань оплати і документообігу.
    3. Виконувати інші доручення та допомагати РМ-ам.

    4. Оплачувана відпустка у розмірі 24-х календарних днів з дотриманням усіх державних свят, оплачувані лікарняні.
    5. Відвідування профільних конференцій за рахунок компанії (ми оплачуємо до 50% вартості навчання), а також участь у конференціях та семінарах організатором яких є Netpeak Group.
    6. Систему гейміфікації, мемогенератор та внутрішню валюту (нетпікси).
    7. Карта знань і можливість самому впливати на своє зростання кар'єрними сходами й на розмір заробітної плати.
    8. Індивідуальна та групова робота з корпоративним психологом.
