    Description

    Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem People Operations Manager (m/w/d), der unser bestehendes People-Team am Standort München tatkräftig unterstützt. In dieser Position bist Du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Unterstützung von HR-Operations Themen und trägst dazu bei, reibungslose Onboarding-, Offboarding- & Verwaltungsprozesse zu gewährleisten. Arbeite zudem an verschiedenen Initiativen und Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung mit, fokussiere Dich jedoch auf die operative Unterstützung im Daily Doing.

    • Unterstütze uns bei der Koordinierung der anfallenden Prozesse im Lebenszyklus unserer Mitarbeitenden - vom Onboarding bis hin zum Offboarding
    • Arbeite an allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben der Personalabteilung, einschließlich der Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten, der Vorbereitung von Verträgen und in der Verwaltung von Sozialleistungen
    • Leiste Dienen Beitrag zur Implementierung von qualitativ hochwertigen Berührungspunkten zwischen Mitarbeitenden und dem Unternehmen bzw. HR
    • Assistiere dem Team in verschiedenen Projekten und Initiativen zur Verbesserung der internen HR-Abläufe und -Dienstleistungen
    • Hilf uns bei der Datenerfassung und grundlegenden Analysen, um zahlen- und faktenbasierte Entscheidungen treffen zu können und hierdurch Bereiche für operative Verbesserungen zu identifizieren
    • Erledige sonstige, täglich anfallende Aufgaben die Dir zugewiesen werden und unterstütze das People Operations Team

    Was Du mitbringst

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, VWL, Psychologie, Personalmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen/Human Resources
    • Mindestens 2-3-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer Rolle im Bereich HR, idealerweise in der Personaladministration
    • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Struktur- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
    • Empathie, Teamgefühl und Höflichkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Pflicht, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
