    Description


    Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer / Audio Hardware /My client is currently looking for a Senior Electronic Engineer to join is rapidly growing team.

    The role will concentrate on the design and development of Consumer, Prosumer and Professional Live Audio equipment.

    This equipment is used by some of the leading musical artists in the world as well as at high profile events.

    The result of your work will be heard by millions of people globally.
    This is an office-based role with remote working available when appropriate.
    The role requires that you have full product lifecycle development experience. In this role you will be taking products from concept through prototyping / manufacture.

    You will have a strong background in digital circuit design from initial concept and specification, through to design, debug and system integration.

    The role requires a thorough understanding of PCB Layout, Mechanical, Software and Manufacturing requirements of the design process.


    Responsibilities:
    Design Guidelines relating to mixed signal electronic circuits​Create and Deliver Training Programs to support PCB Layout Engineers​Design and roll out Simulation Programs and Techniques​Design and Deliver Test and Validation Requirements​Analysis of system requirements and derive detailed hardware requirements​Implementation, Verification and Industrialization of final hardware requirements

    Essential Skills:

    Design of mixed Analog and Digital Electronics​Proficient in schematic capture using Altium Designer or similar tools.​Hands on experience of integrating hardware, firmware and software on mixed signals PCBA's​Debug, test and verification of designs to component level and system integration.​D-A and A-D Conversion Techniques​Competence in signal integrity & awareness of EMC.

    ​Understanding of functional simulation and Analogue and Digital performance measurement and constraints at circuit levelExperience implementing professional audio mixed signal designs​Automated mixed signal test and measurement techniquesExperience of liaising with the Production environment Qualifications and Tool:

    Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar​Altium Designer, SI Analysis, Siemens TeamCenter, MS365 OfficeThorough understanding of PCB Layout, Mechanical, Software and Manufacturing requirements of the design process.
