    Responsibilities

    • Design, Coordinate, and Deliver : Collaborate with the manager to translate strategic agendas into detailed, actionable project plans. Execute projects that fulfill our transformation agenda.
    • Lead Daily Execution : Oversee project management activities for cross-functional initiatives. Develop charters, detailed roadmaps, execution plans, and success criteria. Lead project teams.
    • Resolve and Report : Address day-to-day project issues. Manage reporting cadence to the group Director, Program Manager, and broader Management Team. Track progress against success KPIs.
    • Drive Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement (CI).

    Candidate Profile

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management).
    • Proven experience in shaping and leading complex, cross-functional projects.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams through programmatic change.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
