The role
As an Account Manager, you'll focus solely on an existing book of business that has huge upside for cross-sell and up-sell revenue. As a customer ally, you'll build credibility with these accounts outside of just renewals and ensure you're identifying existing pain points and spotting where plans can be escalated to the next tier.
