    Together with Foundries, Infineon drives the technology development for non-volatile memories (NVM) and develops modules for Infineon's automotive microcontroller products.   • Be responsible for the verification of non-volatile memory IPs
  • Represent technical competence for your field of knowledge within your team
  • Define, develop and maintain Testbenches for Complex Digital Circuits based on System Verilog/UVM
  • Translate Design Specifications into Verification Plans
  • Coach junior engineers or consultants through active knowledge transfer and best practice sharing
  • Interact with concept engineers and digital designers
  • Ensure that the verification and its documentation meet automotive requirements also regarding functional safety (ISO 26262)
  • Contribute to verification methodology improvements within the Infineon verification community

    You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
  • A degree in electrical engineering or a related field of study
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience and proven track record of successfully verifying complex digital circuits
  • Strong experience with constrained random verification using System Verilog
  • Solid know-how in simulation and regression tools Modelsim, Cadence Incisive, vManager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) , knowledge of German is a plus
