    ROLE OVERVIEW
    Join GRIDSERVE as a Service Desk Team providing 1st and 2nd line IT support for all GRIDSERVE users.


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    support tickets in the ITSM tool and assigning them to either yourself or other members of the team as appropriate
    and 2nd line support for all GRIDSERVE users on Mac and Windows devices, mobiles, printers, meeting room technology, and various other IT equipment
    document tickets and create knowledge base articles and user instructions
    of incidents and problems as necessary to internal teams and third-party providers
    deprovisioning and facilitating role changes for users
    inductions and other end user training sessions
    to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System, compliant with ISO standards


    PERSON SPECIFICATION
    Required experience
    in an IT service delivery role supporting a Microsoft cloud environment
    knowledge of Microsoft's Office suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook Experience working in an ITSM ticketing system
    working with third party vendors, desirable
    of Intune or Kandji administration, desirable
    troubleshooting experience, desirable
    and experience of supporting Apple and Android phones, desirable

    Required skills and abilities

    accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    on approach, flexible and positive attitude

    to detail and strong focus on accuracy of information

    ability to foster self-motivation to achieve tight deadlines
    IT skills with an excellent knowledge of standard windows applications

    Required qualifications and certifications
    A+ desirable
    ITILv4 certification desirable
