    Our Technology practice are looking for an experienced Cloud and Infrastructure Consultants to join the team

    In Technology, we focus on the skills, capabilities, and offerings to help define, drive, and support technology enabled change.

    We have extensive experience in strategic transformation across financial services, energy, utilities, telecoms, and government.

    Enabling our clients to shape and achieve their journey to the cloud through development of bespoke transformation strategies and pragmatic delivery plans.


    • Providing independent assurance services, ensuring that the implementation of a cloud strategy achieves the required objectives for our clients.
    • Digital, Data & Technology (DDAT) Growth– combining our industry and capability expertise to drive and support the development of go-to-market cloud propositions for our clients, and building close and trusted relationships with our partner ecosystem of cloud service providers (CSPs), system integrators (SIs) and engineering organisations

    We recognise the importance of work-life balance and flexible working and have a 3-4-5 policy. You'll likely travel to be on-site with your clients.

    Our policy guarantees you'll spend no more than 3 nights away from home, 4 days on-site with a client, with the 5th day working from home or back at Baringa HQ.

    We know that the 'ideal' balance will vary from person to person and will change at different stages of our working lives and for that reason we have implemented a hybrid working policy.

    Our world is important to us, so all our employees get 3 days every year to help the social and environmental causes and increase our impact on the communities that mean the most to us

    We recognise everyone needs a well-deserved break - As such we have introduced the 'Re-charge' benefit meaning Baringa will offer all employees an additional 2 weeks of paid leave after 5 years continuous service.
