    Reservations Manager - Luxury BrasserieLocation: Hammersmith & FulhamSalary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experienceOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team as a Reservations Manager at a high-volume establishment in West London.

    This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in restaurant floor management, exceptional hospitality skills, and proficiency with reservation management software.

    Manage reservations and seating arrangements using 7Rooms and Tripleseat software.

    Lead from the front by working the door and reception, greeting guests, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

    Train and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
    Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
    Assist with administrative tasks and office duties as needed.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience (4+ years) in high-volume establishments, preferably in a restaurant floor management role.
    Proficiency with reservation management software such as 7Rooms and Tripleseat.
    Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
    Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and work effectively under pressure.
    Ideally based in West London or able to commute easily to the location.
    Previous experience in a restaurant floor role is highly desirable.
