    Maintenance Engineer (European Travel Required)

    Reports to :
    EFO & ERA Snr Manager EMEA & APAC

    Contract type:
    Permanent, full-time, hybrid system

    We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and flexible Manufacturing Support Engineer to join our international team. The successful candidate will extensively travel across Europe, providing essential support to our group of manufacturing sites.

    Travel to various manufacturing sites across Europe, providing on-site technical support and problem-solving expertise.

    Mechanical Engineering Proficiency:
    Strong background in mechanical systems, including the ability to repair, maintain, and optimize various types of machinery.

    Electrical Engineering Expertise:
    In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical components and circuitry.

    Hands-On Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical hands-on work, with the ability to perform complex repairs and installations.
    Skilled in diagnosing issues in both mechanical and electrical systems and developing effective solutions.

    Preventive Maintenance Knowledge:
    Experience in carrying out preventive maintenance to improve equipment longevity and prevent downtime.
    Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints for both mechanical and electrical systems.
    Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards and regulations in both mechanical and electrical work.

    Innovative Troubleshooting:
    Capability to employ innovative approaches to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues.

    Apprenticeship, degree, or diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
    Extensive experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
    Ability to travel extensively across Europe, sometimes on short notice.
    Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
    Familiarity with manufacturing best practices and safety regulations.
    Valid driver's license.
    Proficient in using computer software and mobile tools for reporting and communication.
