    Permanent vacancy - Senior Contract Manager
    Salary - £50,000 DOE
    Location - Paisley
    Working hours - 8am - 430pm
    Working days - Monday to Friday (office based)

    Our client based in Paisley are looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team. They are a very well established family business who have continued to go from strength to strength over the years. As an Electrical Contracts Manager your role will involve the following; Overseeing, managing and delivering Electrical Contracts to our clients and looking after a team of around 40 staff. You will have a focus to make sure all projects are completed on time and within budget and are finished to highest quality.

    Key responsibilities
    * Overseeing the execution of electrical contracts through your department
    * Day to day running of your department
    * Managing a team of around 40 workers
    * Manage site activities
    * Maintain the delivery of high quality electrical services at all times
    * Ensure electrical contracts are completed in a timely manner and within budgets
    * Attending client meetings and building client relationships
    * Delegating and overseeing all work
    * Making sure the site is running smoothly
    * Be the go to person for questions, queries or guidance from the team
    * Forward planning projects
    * Monitoring H&S
    * Reporting to the Director and Commercial Director

    About the person
    * Experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
    * You will have experience managing a team
    * Ability to run and team but also be part of the team
    * Positive attitude to work
    * Aspire to deliver excellence
    * Bring new ideas to the table
    * Excellent customer service skills
    * IT literate
