    About the role ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
    The Rev-celerator Internship Programme is designed for top students seeking to make the most of their summer by working alongside industry professionals, taking on real-world challenges, and honing their skills. Embark on a paid, three-month adventure starting every July, available in multiple locations.     About the role:
    On the Revolut rocket ship, there aren't many teams more important than Product. To put it simply: there's no lift-off without them. Frankly, there's no rocket. Every one of our features started here and all our future ones will too
    The team's scope is wide, leading on the integration of engineering, data science, operations, and design. But when it comes to our vision of reinventing financial services, they're laser-focused.
    Product Owners at Revolut hold the helm If you join the Dream Team, you'll learn to have sole responsibility over the roadmap of a product. Total ownership. The people, the profit, the loss, is all in the product owner's hands. It's fast paced. Very much so. But if you can manage all that - and bring with it a bottle full of entrepreneurial passion - then you're probably the captain we're looking for

    What you'll be doing
    • Working closely with senior product owners to learn and contribute to the product development process
    • Assisting in defining product strategy and roadmaps based on market research, user feedback, and business goals
    • Gathering and analysing data to inform product decisions, including user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive product initiatives from concept to launch
    • Creating detailed product requirements and specifications, and working with Design and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
    • Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to iterate on features and designs
    • Monitoring key performance metrics and using data to make informed product decisions
    • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in product management
    What you'll need
    • Fluency in English
    • To currently be in penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, computer science, or engineering
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Full-time availability for the programme (summer 2024)
    Nice to have
    • Fluency in additional languages
