    We're looking for Operational Risk Manager to join our team in United Kingdom or from anywhere around Europe remotely (English required) . If you're seeking for a challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you

    Responsibilities:

    • Enhance operational risk management governance framework to encompass outsourcing arrangements within ZEN group
    • Build operational risk management strategy aligned with ZEN's business objectives, its risk profile and regulatory requirements
    • Define and monitor operational risk appetite levels and track risk incidents and exposure
    • Identify and assess operational risk associated with current and proposed future business activities, including new products, new business relationships and any extension of operations including selection of outsourcing partners
    • Ensure development, implementation and monitoring of risk mitigation plans and controls
    • Communicate key risks and relevant recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization
    • Establish Operational Risk Incident Register and build processes supporting swift remediation and prevention of future incidents
    • Ensure creation and maintenace of Business Continuity Plans

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years experience working in Operational Risk Management within the finance or consulting industries
    • Strong understanding of operational risks management frameworks as well as relevant laws and regulations
    • Strong communication skills presenting risk matters in an understandable way across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level of detail
    • Adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Analytic thinker, with the ability to provide strategic directions and practical solutions
