    About Enterprises and Enterprise Business Applications

    The Enterprises business unit will be leading the drive for growth and innovation across Risk, and enabling areas identified from within our business to have the space and breadth to rapidly scale. The purpose of our new BU is to incubate and scale some of our propositions and services to accelerate and supercharge their growth, as well as providing us with a place to develop some of our new solutions for the future.

    We are currently made up of 3 key areas, PwC Sustainability, Enterprises Business Applications and Marketing & Media.

    Our Enterprises Business Applications (EBA) is a rapidly growing team offering a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change. The team specialises in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate complex and challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions. Our Microsoft team excels in de-risking these complex programmes and helping our clients to achieve their desired programme outcomes.

    The Role

    As a Dynamics 365 Security Lead, you will work with clients and partners to ensure that transformation programmes deliver and protect business value from Dynamics solutions. This will involve:

    • Leading Risk teams working on a diverse range of projects, including security and controls design, Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) implementations and supporting
    • Oracle Cloud ERP programmes from a Risk perspective.
    • Reporting to a Director or Partner, you will deliver Oracle related work to some of the largest organisations in the UK across both the public and private sectors
    • Managing the work pipeline and resource requirements of your team

    Business Development:

    • Pushing the boundaries of what is possible, creating and leading new ideas and concepts
    • through to fruition
    • Supporting business development and proposal activity
    • Building and maintaining deep and long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders
    • Developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you
    • Raising the profile of the team externally by expanding the network, including with external bodies

    The essentials

    One of the following (or all):

    • Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across key financial areas (P2P, O2C, RTR, SCM, etc.).
    • Substantial experience in Oracle Cloud ERP security, risk and business process controls, including Oracle GRC solutions (Risk Management Cloud)
    • Oracle ERP project/programme management or Assurance project/programme experience

    Plus:

    • Proven leadership qualities with a natural focus on team enhancement and growth
    • A thorough understanding of how digital technology is changing finance and businesses more broadly over the short, medium and long term
    • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organisations
    • A business and finance process orientated mind-set that can seamlessly switch between technology and finance/business concepts
    • Creative, inquisitive and not afraid to challenge the status quo

    Person Specification

    • Up-to-date and in-depth experience of the security model in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and ideally CE.
    • Broad technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O (out-of the-box functionality, configurable controls and limits).
    • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
    • Ability to assess key security and segregation of duties risk within relevant business processes (e.g. finance, sales, purchase to pay, warehouse management)
    • Experience in designing roles between business requirements and out-the-box functionality.
    • Experience in documenting and communicating the solution overview and functional design.
    • Experience in defining and executing end-to-end functional testing.
    • Experience in developing and delivering end user training in relation to Security assessment, role design and on-going user management controls).
    • Experience in at least two Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
    • General understanding of business transformation programmes, not just technology or software implementations.
