They are part of the Schools Advisory Service family ) and School Wellbeing is a partner ).Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Partner (aspirant Deputy CEO) who will be responsible for overseeing and personally delivering HR and Employment Law consultancy, GDPR, and Occupational Health advisory and management services.
The Senior Business Partner will ideally be based in the NW, and work principally from home.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include working within and providing oversight and leadership to a team of HR and Employment Law Consultants to schools and ensuring compliance with GDPR and Occupational Health regulations, working closely with school and MAT leaders, reviewing policies and contracts, and handling day to day as well as complex employee relations, HR and employment law issues.
QualificationsExpertise in GDPR and Occupational Health managementExperience in HR, employment law management and employee relationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyKnowledge of own limits and desire to grow professionallyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSignificant senior experience in the schools/education sector is a mustBachelor's or preferably Master's degree in HR, Employment law, or OH Management or relevant field experienceCIPD or similar certification is a plus
