- Writing training material for classroom led sales training and delivering training to sales varying levels of sales, business development and client success colleagues.
- Working with sales management to support their team with individual sales development needs.
- Adopt a blended learning approach (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) develop managers to imbed learning.
- Deskside training and 1-2-1 coaching on Sales techniques.
- Review and analyse current sales process functions, Identifying strong existing sales talent within the business.
- Develop and implement effective training plans, content for training sessions, and matrixes to keep track of staff training.
- Work with various department managers and executives to present and discuss information on training performance.
- Articulate a full ROI in learning activity linking learning to marginal gains and results. We would expect this to be managed on an individual, team, department, and business basis.
- Lead sales training across our group (UK, Ireland, South Africa, and US) whilst being UK based.
- Carry our projects linked to learning or the wider People and Culture roadmap/ strategy as and when required, including LMS administration and reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar training role or across 2/3 companies demonstrating impact on revenue and margin.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Experience building online material and integrating an LMS.
- Knowledge of industry sales techniques and processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Outstanding coaching skills.
- Experience with building and developing teams.
