- This is a role where you will use your professionaljudgement to make clinical decisions, manage projects and evolve carelevels to make sure every residents needs are met.
- Yourduties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide effectiveleadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence includingclinical training and competencies
- Have a good knowledge ofCQC guidelines and ensure that continued CQC compliance is maintained
- To be part of the on-call service, on a rota basis, to assistwith clinically related matters, rota cover and any other duties thatwill be part of the service we currently provide out of office hours
- To complete floor shifts in order to meet the needs of theHome
- Work collaboratively with clients, family, otherprofessionals and interested parties to enhance the quality of caredelivered and offer support to our residents, managers and staff asneeded
- Ensure that the team is updated with the latestclinical developments by providing specialist training and mentoringthat will engage and inspire them.
- Maintain confidentiality,discretion and conduct yourself in a professional and courteous mannerat all times
- Attend meetings and assessments as required
- Effectively manage your own workload, prioritising tasks andmaintaining excellent written and verbal communication and recordkeeping
- Maintain knowledge of the residents care plans
- NMC registered with active PIN number withoutrestrictions on practice
- Experience in a senior or similarrole
- Elderly /Dementia care experience
- A full UKdriving licence and access to your own car
- An EnhancedDisclosure and Barring Check WILL be required. If you have a DBSregistered to the update service this would be advantageous.
- Very competitive hourlyrate of £23.50 per hour
