- Bethe link between engineering and production whilst also being thepoint of contact for any production issues on the shopfloor.
- Conducttroubleshooting and root cause analysis activities on productionand assemblyissues.
- Collaboratewith the Senior Manufacturing Engineer and SeniorManagement.
- Liaisewith a variety of stakeholders to ensure engineering / assemblydrawings BOM s SOP s are up todate.
- TheNPI is more theoretical but could include developing processes andrequirements fromsuppliers.
- Ideallya relevant HND/HNCqualification.
- 2years experience in a similarrole.
- Knowledgeof assemblyprocesses.

Due to a sustainedperiod of growth and a commitment to introducing new products andto drive efficiency within the current assembly operation we arelooking to recruit a ManufacturingEngineer.
Thisrole will be made up of NPI product updates process improvementsand understanding existing products. The Manufacturing Engineerwill be tasked with the creation and finessing of assemblyprocedures anddocumentation.
Thereare a variety of processes on site which need to be understooddocumented and finessed. This includes mechanical and electricalassembly welding & fabricating and Paint / PowderCoating.
