We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to manage a £60 million fit-out project of one of the most desirable residences in London.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile £60 million fit-out project in London. As part of the delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed to the highest standards within the specified timeline and budget. This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the most exclusive residential projects in the city.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the overall project from inception to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
    • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver a seamless and successful fit-out project.
    • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing luxury fit-out projects, preferably within the super prime sector.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and luxury finishes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage large-scale projects with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
