    Accounts and Audit Manager

    Are you an experienced and dedicated accounting professional seeking a managerial role within a prestigious accountancy practice? We are currently hiring an Accounts and Audit Manager to join our client's thriving team in Great Shelford, Cambridge.

    **Our Client is a leading and well-established accountancy practice providing comprehensive accountancy services to a diverse range of clients. Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts and audit department within the accountancy practice.

    • Manage and conduct audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other related documentation.
    • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their compliance and optimizing their financial performance.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and building longterm partnerships.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, and implement them within the accountancy practice.
    **Proven experience in a managerial role within an accountancy practice or similar setting.

    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
    • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
    • Solid experience in conducting audits and preparing financial statements.
    • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial advice.
    • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and highquality work.
