    Now, picture yourself as the Retail & Licensing Specialist in the UK, showcasing fan favorites like Stranger Things and Squid Game in innovative ways! You'll be the driving force behind Netflix's retail presence in the UK, from shaping strategies to executing plans that keep us ahead of the game.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans for retail expansion
    • Build strong relationships with retailers for mutual success
    • Use data insights for revenue opportunities
    • Lead market launch programs and retail activations
    • Collaborate with global teams for continuous improvement

    What We Expect:

    • 8+ years in licensing at a top entertainment brand
    • Strong UK licensing knowledge and network
    • Expertise in retail business across different tiers and channels
    • Trade marketing and retail activations experience
    • Passion for retail, marketing, and content
    • Excellent communicator, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments
    • Agile, goal-oriented, and data-driven
    • Deep affection for film, TV, brands
    • Bachelor's or advanced degree (preferred)
