    About the Role

    In this position, you will handle general maintenance tasks across the Elmbridge Contract, which includes Xcel Leisure Complex, Xcel Sports Hub, and the Hurst Pool. Your responsibilities will range from planning and executing maintenance schedules to overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, comfort, and safety for all facility users.

    You will collaborate with the Technical team to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly, providing regular maintenance reports to the Contract Technical Manager. If you have experience in maintenance and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance work, preferably with a relevant trade qualification. Knowledge of health and safety protocols, particularly in public spaces, is essential. Holding a Pool Plant Operator's Certificate is a plus. Strong communication skills are a must as you will be engaging with external contractors and stakeholders.
