Round9 specialises in finding clients from the grassroots level, supporting individuals who may not have previous acting experience, just a passion for film, and want to develop a successful career in the industry.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a start-up talent agency with like-minded individuals who are passionate about film and the growing possibilities for talent in the industry.
This includes talent management, managing client relationships and negotiating contracts.Ideally two years experience in a similar talent management role.
Working closely with all team members to foster a good working culture for our clients.
Support the development of a creative talent strategy that ensures the recruitment of new talent and job retention for clients.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, casting directors, and clients within our Glasgow and London offices.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent management and recommend innovative solutions to improve business performance.
Implement an approach to equity, diversity and inclusion in all talent management initiatives that reflect Round9's ethos and objectives.
Extremely creative, personable and strong attention to detail.Be open to travelling to London for client work trips.
Full Time, 40 hours per week
Salary:
£30,000 + depending on experience
Location:
In person role based in our Glasgow office, with occasional travel to our London office
