Our client is a very successful luxury events company based in Ascot and they are looking for an Executive Administrator to join their growing Memberships team.
They are paying a salary of up to £24,000 and offer fantastic benefits such as discretionaryannual bonus of up to 12%, various local discounts, complimentary tickets for friends and family and 24 days annual leave.
You will be dealing with their most important members, so this is a very prestigious firm to work forWhat will I be doing in the Executive Administrator role?
- Answering all inbound calls from members.
- Assisting with the development of the CRM system.
- Assisting members with booking facilities for the events.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for members all year round.
- Supporting the membership department in the development of the new ticketing system and website.
- Providing administrative support for the memberships team.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Competent user of Microsoft Office.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Confidence and confidentiality when dealing with esteemed members.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- A positive and flexible attitude.
