Our client is a very successful luxury events company based in Ascot and they are looking for an Executive Administrator to join their growing Memberships team.

They are paying a salary of up to £24,000 and offer fantastic benefits such as discretionaryannual bonus of up to 12%, various local discounts, complimentary tickets for friends and family and 24 days annual leave.

You will be dealing with their most important members, so this is a very prestigious firm to work for


What will I be doing in the Executive Administrator role?

  • Answering all inbound calls from members.
  • Assisting with the development of the CRM system.
  • Assisting members with booking facilities for the events.
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for members all year round.
  • Supporting the membership department in the development of the new ticketing system and website.
  • Providing administrative support for the memberships team.

Qualifications required for the role:


  • Competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Confidence and confidentiality when dealing with esteemed members.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • A positive and flexible attitude.

There would be up to 12 Saturdays that must be kept free to work throughout the year due to the events in the business.

This will be given back as days off in lieu in the week.
