    Description
    We are seeking to build on our expertise and are now looking for a highly motivated Research Associate/Associate Scientist.

    This will need to be an individual with a passion to learn mass spectrometry-based proteomics applied to the exciting field of immuno-oncology.

    The candidate will be expected to support the team with sample preparations across different projects, ensure laboratory stocks including chemicals, various liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment is maintained, and when necessary, grow cell lines, produce and QC antibodies from hybridomas.

    The role will enable you to work with the lab team and to be involved in our research. Provide technical help with sample preparation in a range of proteomics/immunopeptidomics projects.
    Provide support with maintenance of laboratory stocks, chemicals and various liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectrometry (MS) equipment.
    Provide support with growing cell lines, hybridomas, purifying and QC antibodies.

    Document experiments and findings according to established industry standards to support and enable filing of patents, publications, and regulatory documents.

    Closely interact with colleagues from multiple teams within the research organisation by effectively communicating your results and conclusions.

    MSc or equivalent degree in relevant disciplines in chemistry or biochemistry or having experience of research in a relevant scientific discipline such as MS-based proteomics and/or immunopeptidomics.

    Understanding and experience with LC-MS analysis and associated data handling.
