- Conduct property viewings and negotiations with prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
- Collaborate closely with the Lettings Manager to execute business-winning strategies.
- Cover a significant area of Wiltshire, primarily focusing on a 5-to-10-mile radius from Marlborough.
- Work alongside a dedicated Property Manager in the office to ensure seamless operations.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Basic salary: £23,000 per annum
- On-target earnings (OTE): £30,000 per annum (commission-based)
- Monthly payment schedule
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with Saturdays on a rotational basis (9:00 am to 1:00 pm, every 3 weeks)
