    Experienced Partners and Counsel in Fintech Law Wanted

    Are you an accomplished legal professional with a wealth of experience in Fintech law, particularly in areas such as IT outsourcing, card and payment systems law, and crypto regulations? S.

    law firm with a global presence, is actively seeking lateral partner hires to join their dynamic team.

    With a prestigious track record spanning decades, the firm is renowned for providing top-tier legal services to many of the world's leading technology companies.

    They specialise in managing sophisticated transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters for their blue-chip clients across multiple jurisdictions.
    As they continue to expand their footprint in the Fintech sector, particularly in payments and crypto, they are seeking candidates with extensive expertise in the following areas:


    • Crypto and digital asset products and regulation, including engagement with regulatory bodies such as the FCA and CSSF.
    • Outsourcing agreements for financial services clients, encompassing retail banking, payment systems regulation, mobile payment arrangements, consumer credit, merchant acquiring agreements, and prepaid card agreements.
    • Financial services and payment system regulation, including familiarity with regulations such as the Consumer Credit Act, FCA CONC regulations, Payment Services Directive, PCI DSS, and the E-Money Regulations.
    • Corporate transactions, including M&A and joint ventures within the Fintech space.
    • They welcome applications from existing partners with proven expertise in Fintech law and a reputation as an industry expert. Alternatively, counsel with the credentials for immediate or short-term partnership consideration are also encouraged to apply.
