About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our creativity, documenting and guiding others on our brand visual identity, delivering standout design outcomes across multi-channels throughout marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, sales and revenue helping to drive success for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background from in-house and agency worlds, understand fast paced environments, have worked on end-to-end creative outcomes, coupled with a passion for fostering collaboration and driving excellence in design. You'll be a team player and a stronger leader across multiple projects at once.

• You understand working within the brief and within restrictions and contractions to come up with the best possible solution that makes a connection with our customers.

• You work seamlessly with marketeers to deliver solutions that are scalable and help drive performance.
• You understand building creative writing systems and toolkits that allow others to understand and implement the creative across teams, channels and regions.
• You understand all channels and formats you're writing for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevating Creativity: Helping the team elevate our creativity through various projects, all while bringing our stakeholders on the journey.
• Brand Guidance & Evolution: Develop and implement best practices, guidelines, and standard design practices for the creative team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, ensuring seamless cross-functional communication and knowledge sharing.
• Enhancing Self Serve: Support the creation, testing and implementation of self serve templates and tools – allowing others to design at speed without compromising our brand and relying on too much design time and effort.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product, and technology to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Foster positive relationships and clear communication channels to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the creative design team. Facilitate skill development, and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience (6+ years) in creative design and branding
• Strong understanding of design tools and technologies and creative production processes.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with the creative industry trends and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Experience/knowledge with/of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) is a plus.

We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week . As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our London hub .
