    Job Description

    Organisational Effectiveness Director .

    We are looking for a Senior Organisational Effectiveness expert, to join a Global Financial Services organisation. In this role, you will use your expertise in organisation design, data analysis and change management to partner with HR, business leaders and colleagues across all levels to improve the overall effectiveness of the organisation.

    What you will do:

    • Develop and implement the OE strategy, focusing on building organisation design expertise across the HR function.
    • Lead and deliver OE consultancy projects, diagnosing business problems and designing solutions to improve organisation health (e.g. design, culture, leadership).
    • Partner with HRBPs and business teams to implement change initiatives and track their effectiveness.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and communicating insights effectively.
    • Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for clients.
    • Champion the use of data-driven insights within HR to improve decision making.

    You are the ideal candidate if you have:

    • Proven experience in organisation design and large-scale business transformations.
    • Strong leadership and strategy skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
    • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • The ability to tell compelling stories with data.
    • Understanding of commercial realities and how OE recommendations impact business outcomes.

    This role is London based and working in a Hybrid environment, two days in the office and the remainder from home. The role will be working as an internal consultant and requires working autonomously, so will have no direct management duties, but will have major impact, influencing senior leaders, across the business.
