    Registered Veterinary Nurse
    Amical Veterinary Centre, March
    Salary up to £30,500 depending on experience plus benefits

    Here at Amical Veterinary Centre, we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team The role will include theatre work, inpatient care, consults, reporting to the Head Nurse, some pharmacy work and assisting the Vets when needed. We would ideally like someone who wants to run nurse clinics, however this isn't mandatory.

    This role is for 40 hours per week over 5 days, 8 hours a day Monday-Friday. There will be 1 in 5 Saturday mornings and no out of hours. We are happy to consider part-time applicants.

    About Amical Vet Centre

    We are a busy small animal clinic, based in March, a small market town in the Fens just a 20-minute drive from Peterborough. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional client and patient care.
    The practice is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental equipment, 3 consult rooms and a nurses room. In addition to this we have a designated pharmacy, theatre, and dental area.

    We currently have 6 Vets including a locum, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 6 Receptionists, a Cleaner and are currently recruiting for a fulltime Animal Care Assistant. We have two certificate holders in Cardiology and one in small animal surgery

    We hope to welcome our new colleague who has fresh ideas and a passion for exceptional patient care to join our friendly team.

    As a practice we support many charities in the local area, such as Merrylegs, RSPCA and Cats protection.
