    Trainee Recruitment Consultant

    £25-26K Base + OTE - 38K-50K (First year target earning)

    99% Remote role with monthly face to face meetings and quarterly social meetups

    Department: Technology Search Group - Specializing in AI, Software, Defence, Electronics, and Renewable Tech Compensation: Competitive base salary with unlimited commission, unparalleled learning and growth opportunities.

    Location: Fully Remote (with monthly Sales meetings in Exeter/South-West UK)

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with clients to facilitate their global talent acquisition strategies, providing proactive solutions and top-tier candidates.
    2. Proactively source new clients, leads, and insights to complement your role in candidate delivery. Utilize multiple platforms to engage and captivate both passive and active candidates.
    3. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering essential information and advice.
