    Description

    As a strategist at TPXimpact, you'll work at the heart of our teams to help our clients diagnose and define their problem and opportunity statements and think creatively about how they can solve them. You will be responsible for shaping the vision for our client needs and our service offer to meet them.

    You will lead the problem-solving charge, helping to connect the dots between the needs, wants, and desires of audiences and those often-elusive organisation, brand, and marketing goals. You will collaborate with the wider agency and our clients to get a clear and detailed understanding of what the challenges are from an organisation's point-of-view, and help to define solutions that marry audience and organisational needs in a clear and compelling way. From products and marketing, to a digital strategy and audience piece of work - you'll be helping lead and shape the right strategic solution.

    You will play a senior consultant role with our clients, analysing the information, data and insight we have to hand, and spotting gaps that may require further research. Armed with the necessary information, you'll develop the right problem statement - ensuring we understand 'the why' before defining 'the how'. You'll balance big picture thinking with a pragmatic and practical approach, remembering we always need to make a plan that's achievable and deliverable within budget and timescales, and you'll be ready to support the wider agency in the delivery of that plan - ensuring the strategic direction and vision you've set is adhered to and realised.

    You'll also help TPXimpact present its best public face and ensure that we communicate our brand, ethos and what we stand for as an organisation effectively. You will demonstrate thought leadership within the sector, running workshops and speaking at events (both internal and external), and creating regular thought pieces on a range of topics within the experience realm.

    You will actively work on new business proposals and pitches and help us win exciting and challenging new projects, helping to shape the pitch narrative and pulling our ideas into a compelling story for potential clients.
