- Ownership of our clients' digital brand strategy
- Supporting the efforts of the new business team and ensure their targets are met and help them to maintain a strong pipeline of new business leads.
- This role reports to and advises the Head of Strategy & Planning, APAC and in the interim Managing Director, APAC.
- Work closely with our Global Chief Strategy Officer and communicates with Global Partners for overall strategies.
- Work with our Chief Strategy Officer, to shape and develop the strategic services that Green Park offer, building out the necessary tools, frameworks, and materials.
- Provide strategic counsel and proactively identify digital opportunities for existing and new potential clients.
- Proactively identify digital marketing trends taking place within brand communities and provide management with potential next steps and bigger implications for client partners.
- Engage in client sales presentations.
- Work with new business and client services team to define client's brief, deep dive their challenges and needs.
- Research and monitor market trends relevant to client's brand and analyze their competitors.
- Have a holistic overview of the market situation, today's consumer behavior and be up to date with online trends to seek opportunity for developing initial ideas and inspire creative ideation.
- Conduct primary and secondary research into brands and markets to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop digital strategy based on insights, consumer behavior and business objectives.
- Prepare presentations of the digital strategies that well suited for the clients.
- Strategically conduct the project in collaborative work (discussion, brainstorm & proposal) across various department, business development, creative & social media.
- Input on all client planning and provide strategic digital point of view.
- Continually serve as a partner with various departments and act as sounding board for ideas.
- Work with Social/ SEO team to provide digital/social media analysis based on measurement and tracking reports, overall campaign reporting and media receptivity.
- Maintain multiple retaining projects as planned to be monitored & optimized to meet the KPIs.
- Deliver and conduct strategic direction both external (client or 3rd parties) and internal team.
- Define innovative high-performance strategies for our clients to boost their business and establish Green Park as a key strategic partner.
- Attend regular client services team meetings, providing advice on strategic development of accounts.
- Participate in client development activities, assisting with preparation for key account meetings and attending meetings with prospective clients.
- To successful manage senior client stakeholders and run group workshop sessions.
