    Senior FP&A Analyst

    Glasgow

    £63,000 + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits Package

    Exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant in Glasgow.

    This position provides support to a global team, offering strategic financial guidance to senior leaders and ensuring sound financial management.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for an analytically inclined individual with post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. Joining a large and diverse finance team, you will work on a hybrid basis.

    The role focuses on four primary areas:

    Month-End Process Management

    • Ensure accurate cost allocation.
    • Timely accruals.
    • Address queries related to actual vs. forecast variances.

    Annual Plan, Forecasts, and Strategic Plan Preparation

    • Prepare detailed annual plans.
    • Engage with stakeholders on future expectations.
    • Discuss new headcount requests.
    • Create a five-year strategic plan.

    Recharge Process Management

    • Oversee global recharge process.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders for annual process.

    Business As Usual (BAU) and Project-Related Requests

    • Assist in reporting and development.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications & Background

    Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience, preferably in Finance Analyst or Accounting role.

    Experience in reporting and analysis in a global company is preferable.

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data manipulation skills.

    Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
