    Our skilled team specializes in areas such as piling, underpinning, major structural improvements/repairs, deep drainage, retaining walls, R/C foundations, and sewage treatment plant installations.

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Ganger.

    In this role, you will be responsible for not only a supervisory role on construction projects and ensuring that they are completed efficiently and according to high standards but to provide hands-on day to day experience.

    Your tasks may include coordinating and overseeing the work of TCH subcontractors and providing invaluable knowledge and expertise, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients.

    This role is located predominantly in East Yorkshire and other Yorkshire areas.
    QualificationsSupervisory Skills and effective communicationExperience operating and maintaining heavy equipmentProblem-solving abilities and attention to detailExperience in conducting site inspections and enforcing safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and drawingsStrong organizational and time management skillsRelevant certifications and licenses (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, CPCS, SSTS (an advantage), CIS registered)

    Note:

    Additional qualifications and experience in the construction industry, such as knowledge of building codes, project management skills, and experience in working on large-scale projects, will be beneficial.

    Pay negotiable on proven ability.
