Description

Lead and manage the assurance process implementation and evolution Plan and book Wales Informatics Assurance Group meeting, maintaining technical files, logs of outstanding issues, provide initial advice and support for the scoping of DHCW products and services.

Maintain the Assurance Process dashboard.

Finance & Business Assurance risk support Plan and organise wide range of activities and develop plans to achieve directorate goals.

This requires sound analytical judgment, analysis interpretation and comparison of a range of options.

Monitor and adjust activities resources and plans Monitor and evaluate work, look for improvement and enforce change control.

Operational responsibility for the use of Programme IT and Project information systems so the directorate plans are monitored and controlled and produce reports.

Maintain Risk, Issues and Action logs.

Communication Manage and communicate with a significant number of relevant stakeholders to their work packages and NHS employees and organisations Strategy Development and Implementation Contribute to policy implementation and design for NHS Wales within the scope of the directorate remit.


Financial Planning Monitor the operational transactions of the budget, manage the budget associated with work streams, contribute to development of national business cases.

Develop documents associated with the roles responsible work streams.
