    For over 20 years you will have seen our products in action in prestigious high-performance vehicles including most recently the Lotus Evija and Aston Martin Valkyrie. We have also supported many motorsport teams to achieve great things on the track.

    Main purpose of the role:

    You will be working alongside a team of IT Professionals, advising the business on IT solutions that will best help them grow and perform more efficiently. Implement your solutions coordinating within your team to improve business operation.

    Provide first-class end user support with empathy and professionalism, increasing confidence and satisfaction levels. Where necessary, escalate issues and tasks within your team to reach a resolution. You will be diagnosing and fixing faults found in both hardware and software packages used throughout the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain incident tracking and solution database.
    • Perform asset management/inventory/licenses of information technology (IT) resources.
    • Update and maintain any existing documentation, such as Policies and Procedures e.g. New Starter and Leaver process, Acceptable User Policies.
    • Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.
    • Design group policies and access control lists to ensure compatibility with organisational standards, business rules, and needs.
    • Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve customer reported system incidents, problems, and events.
    • Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for system users.
    • Install, Configure and Manage system/server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.
    • Plan, execute, and verify backup, data redundancy and system recovery procedures.
    • Contribute to system implementation projects (specification, costing and business impact assessment).

    Education & Technical Experience:

    • MCSA, Cisco IT Essentials, CompTIA A+ would bedesirable.
    • Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
    • Hyper-V.
    • Administrative Roles (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server Resource Manager, Group Policy/Intune).
    • Microsoft 365 Cloud administration (Azure, Exchange, Office).
    • Office 365 Apps.
    • Firewall (FortiGate).
    • Backup administration.
    • Anti-virus administration.
    • Print management.
    • Networking (TCP/IP, Client-Server).

    IndustryExperience and Knowledge:

    • IT support experience.
    • A proven track record of network support and management including the configuration of managed network devices.
    • Previous experience in a PC or network support role with experience of supporting networks, firewalls and virus protection infrastructure.
    • Computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
    • Systems administration concepts.
    • Physical computer components and architectures, including the functions of various components and peripherals (e.g. CPUs, Network Interface Cards, data storage).
    • IT system operation, maintenance, and security needed to keep equipment functioning properly.
    • Conducting research for troubleshooting novel client-level problems.
