    Description

    Global Tier 1 Manufacturer in the West Midlands are currently looking for an Operation Manager to join the team and help really drive major managerial change in their world class manufacturing facility.


    With the business in a very strong place & a strong order book; the Operations Manager will be responsible for the continuing improvement of the business whilst managing direct reports in Quality, Maintenance, Process Improvement & Tooling.


    You will be a key ambassador for Quality, Health & safety, Your People, Cost & Delivery. You will be a key part of driving cultural change on site & help motivate and improve your team.


    Salary:
    up to £65,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits
    Implementation and review of Standard Operating Procedures/KPIs across your department
    Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering engagement and professional growth.
    Helping lead a multi skilled Engineering team as well as leading your management team

    Tangible record of Success in a Senior Management role within an OEM/Tier 1 Environment within Automotive/Aerospace or fast paced high volume manufacturing environment
