Description

Supervise the service delivery by third-party providers. * Maintain knowledge of end-to-end processes related to IBA, Premium Processing, Claims, and all middle office duties. * Preparing placement documentation, ensuring adherence to minimum standards and relevant market compliance procedures. * Initiate and supervise premium processing operations, assisting processing technicians in resolving queries as necessary. * Maintain an accurate and compliant record of placements. * Utilise pertinent market and internal systems to facilitate the placement process. * Support the internal File Audit process, collaborating with the File Review and Internal Audit team as required.

* Collaborate with clients and brokers to address Cash & Credit Control issues, identify root causes of recurring problems, and suggest process changes to drive enhancements.

* Establish and cultivate relationships with vital colleagues and stakeholders, including: * Risk Management and Compliance * Information Technology and Digital Management * Reporting Business Entity * Team Operations * Insurance Broking Authority (IBA) * Premium Processing (including Pro) * Claims ManagementHybridPermanentCompetitive market salary and benefitsThis client is seeking a candidate with a broad spectrum of experience, please submit your CV for consideration.
