    Description

    case management including wellbeing issues, short and long term sickness management, probationary periods, performance management, settlement agreements, conduct, grievances, flexible working etc.

    stakeholder relationships throughout the process (senior management and HRBPs)
    higher risk cases to employment lawyers and senior HR leadership team
    more complex ER projects such as redundancy, TUPE, changes to Terms and Conditions of Employment:
    and overseeing the project plan
    legal obligations are met in such processes
    closely with other teams within HR (such as HR Operations, Payroll, HRBPs) to streamline processes, ensure consistency and maintain effective cross team communications

    CIPD level 5 minimum (or equivalent in experience) or working towards but with minimum level 3 achieved
    Ability to balance legal and commercial risk
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to articulate to (and influence) senior lawyers, managers and directors on legal and commercial risk, options and recommendations
