  • Up to £23,000**An opportunity to start your career in the aviation industry. This position includes full training and there is potential to work your way up to more senior positions. We are looking for people with the drive to succeed and in the longterm to progress to manage their own accounts, which will include facetoface visits with international customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Gather quotes on parts and services based on customers' requirement for quotes
  • Quoting from stock and/or brokering materials that meets company standards
  • Maintain customer opportunities within Salesforce
  • Adhere to parts traceability requirements
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders and pick ticket in Quantum
  • Track the shipment from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery
  • Communicate and maintain a professional relationship with vendors and customers
  • Resolve Nonconforming Materials (NCO Cage) discrepancies (training provided)
  • Negotiate terms and conditions
  • Forecast, track and achieve sales revenue and gross margin projections
  • Travel may be required as necessary

Qualifications:


  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills, strong work ethic.
  • Experience with a CRM is preferred
  • Detailoriented.
  • Selfmotivated, strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Additional Information:

- £20,000 - £23,000 Dependent upon experience

  • 08:30 17:30 Monday Friday
