We are working with a market leading global manufacturer of a range of industrial equipment supplied into a variety of industries who are looking for a Project Engineer to add to their growing team

The Role:

Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of projects overseeing existing projects throughout the process.

You will be involved from the initial pricing aspect, giving recommendations from a technical perspective and understanding the viability and an aspect of upselling.

A large part of this is building up relationships with customers so they are looking for someone who works well with people.

Qualifications and Skills:

Either Degree/Apprentice trained OR engineering exposure on the job
Requires circa 3 years minimum experience in a Project Engineer role
Could be from any industrial engineering equipment sector
HVAC, hydraulics, boilers, plant equipment, combustion
Personable, customer facing
Strong problem solver and decision maker
Juggling multiple projects at a time, varying in cost
Technical knowledge alongside commercial awareness
Get up and go mentality, likes to work independently
Commutable to Hertfordshire and flexible for UK wide travel when required
