- Proven background of working in a similar role of payrolling large numbers
- Reporting writing skills in Systems business Intelligence, People soft and Oracle
- Good eye for detail and work at pace as well as resilience to work load
- Able to be flexible to business needs and generate ad-hoc reports
- Ability to build effective relations internally and externally
- Logical and Methodical mind set

- Provision of Sick calculations upon request
- Statutory Calculations: Maternity, Paternities, AOE
- Updating of Address changes, UPN changes
- Assisting with Audit Requirements
- Provision of National Statistics forms
- Case Management: Answer payroll provider queries / Employee queries
