    Join our team of 70+ dedicated professionals working across our new, spacious Bracknell-based office building with an on-site warehouse and a large nearby retail store.

    The company has ambitious plans, providing excellent training and progression for all team members. Reporting to the Buyer, you will contribute to our eco-friendly ethos by ensuring effective management of our brand portfolio.
    ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects within your brand portfolio, building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
    Regularly replenish continuity lines to ensure maximum stock availability.
    Take ownership of intake across your brands to ensure timely deliveries, communicating delays or shortages to relevant teams.
    Negotiate promotional buys to optimise profitability.
    Process purchase orders accurately to ensure a smooth flow of stock and information.
    Identify slow movers, and competitor and market analysis.
    Update website information in line with stock management.
    Monitor direct competition and pricing on the website, recommending necessary changes.
    Forecast key sellers for peak trading periods.
    Produce reports for weekly trade meetings.
    Assist in developing business growth ideas based on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor insights.
    Your ExperienceStrong computer literacy and numeracy skills.
    Exceptional organisational skills, crucial for this busy role with strict deadlines.
    At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
    You Need To BeAdaptable and capable of working both independently and within a team.
    Committed to delivering exceptional results and willing to go the extra mile.
    Effective communicator at all levels.
    Ready to learn about the nursery industry.
