About the role:

**Behaviour Mentor

  • Hackney**This is an amazing opportunity for a strong, hardworking individual who shows great resilience when working with young people. You need at least 1 years' experience working as a behaviour Mentor or a similar role. Your responsibility as a Behavior Mentor is you'll be working in a secondary school providing support to children who suffer with challenging behaviour. You will be working on a 1:1 level or sometimes in groups in and outside the classroom. Your role as a Behaviour Mentor will be to work with a range of children with different needs such as, ADHD, SEMH, SEN and challenging behaviour. It's essential that the ideal Behaviour Mentor is quick on their feet and pro active ready for any complex situations. Experience with Team-Tech and physical handling training is desirable.
