- Experienced Finance professional with a strong academic background and proven track record in competitive sales, marketing, and distribution environments, ideally within a multi-site setting ideally with knowledge of Energy Transition.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of quickly collaborating effectively with senior executives.
- Extensive experience in substantial-scale businesses, preferably within a plc environment, with expertise in margin management, working capital, and ROCE dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to contribute directly to overall business strategy and address functional commercial issues.
- Demonstrate confidence and resilience to effectively challenge and question others in a constructive manner, fostering a culture of critical thinking and continuous improvement.
- Negotiation skills with a comprehensive understanding of sales and distribution components.
