    ROLE

    • To develop and implement Design Management Plans onallocated projects
    • Work closely with thecommercial team in analysing the project specifications andemployers requirements to ensure smooth delivery
    • Analyse and program the design resource requirements ofthe project
    • Work alongside the Contracts teamin integrating the design output with the constructionprogram
    • Organise and chair weekly / biweeklyDesign Team meetings with the client team ensuring the RFI processis managed key decisions are agreed and recorded and information isshared with the wider team
    • Work closely withthe Contracts / Commercial team to effectively manage and recordall change requests through the duration of the project
    • Lead a team of designers / architects to deliver theproject requirements through preconstruction and constructionphases
    • Ensure the site team and subcontractorteams are supplied with the relevant information to complete theproject requirements
    • Ensure all inhouseoutsourced and subcontractor design elements are aligned andcoordinated with current building information
    • Assist the estimating department in analysing tenderinformation generating RFIs and attending interviews /presentations for securing new projects

    Whowould we love to work withus

    • Previous design management experience
    • Good at organising and prioritising competingdemands
    • Knowledge of building regulationslegislation and compliance
    • Contractualknowledge (JCT NEC D&B etc)
    • Currentand appropriate site H&S card
    • High endfit out experience
    • Experience in deliveringBREEAM
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
    • Experience on BIM Projects / software
