    Early Years Teacher to start September 2024

    Fixed Term Contract to Cover Maternity Leave Full time 1.0 fte Main Pay Scale M1 – M3 (£30,000 - £33,814) Choppington Primary School is a small, inclusive school, with enthusiastic and friendly children; dedicated and hardworking staff, governing body and parents. Our governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join their very successful team from 1st September 2024 to cover the current post holder's maternity leave. We require an enthusiastic, innovative and dedicated teacher to join our committed and supportive team to raise standards of teaching, learning and achievement for all pupils. The successful candidates will have high expectations of children's work and behaviour. The successful candidate must have:
    • Excellent classroom practice and high expectations of children's work and behaviour.
    • The ability to inspire children, to deliver high quality and exciting learning opportunities.
    • The skills and flexibility to teach throughout the Primary School Years.
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

    • A passion for learning and drive for continuous professional development.
